Tyre wrapping machine
This is the coil wrapping machine for the packaging of motor tire and truck tyre. The coil wrapping machine uses the tape or stretch film to fully wrap the tire to make it’s sealed and protected. The wrapped package can prevent the tire products get damaged by dust at storage. Customer is able to use the specific wrapping material which the product model and their logo are printed, bring the convenience for identification at sales.

- Programmable PLC with automatic control system enhance the performance;
- Vertical structure with the ring opening towards the downside, very convenient to operate;
- Multiple protective rollers ensure the safety of operation;
- Side rollers are adjustable for different widths by hand wheels;
- Rotating ring carry the packaging material to wrap the coils by going through the coil eye;
- Material roll located on the rotating ring, suitable for using small film rolls;
- Applicable to different packaging materials including stretch wrap, composite paper, coated PE film….;
- Mainboard of the wrapping station adjustable to package different coils with variant sizes.

- Optional to add the tape dispenser, apply the logo tape to the package at wrapping;
- Rotating ring carry the packaging material to wrap the coils by going through the coil eye;
- Material roll located on the rotating ring, suitable for using small material rolls;
- Applicable to different packaging materials including stretch wrap, composite paper, coated PE film….;
- Mainboard of the wrapping station adjustable to package different coils with variant sizes.
