Wire coil wrapping machine
Wire coils are variant in sizes and weight, make the wrapping package more difficult than other coil shape products. We have developed the specific models to match with the cases of different wire coils. Each model has it’s own characteristic, we have considered it’s loading methods, wrapping sizes and other requirement from the users, and bring these factors into the design comprehensively.
BH-CSW-400V
- Programmable PLC with automatic control system enhance the performance;
- Vertical structure with the ring opening towards the downside, very convenient to operate;
- Supportive rollers to bear the heavy loads and drive the wire coil to rotate at wrapping;
- Side rollers are adjustable for different widths by hand wheels;
- Rotating ring carry the packaging material to wrap the coils by going through the coil eye;
- Material roll located on the rotating ring, suitable for using small film rolls;
- Applicable to different packaging materials including stretch wrap, composite paper, coated PE film….;
- Mainboard of the wrapping station adjustable to package different coils with variant sizes.

- Material roll located at side of the wrapping station, suitable for larger film rolls;
- Applicable to different packaging materials including stretch wrap, composite paper, coated PE film….;
- Mainboard of the wrapping station adjustable to package different coils with variant sizes.

- Large taper rollers to support the heavy loads and rotate the wire coils at wrapping;
- Rotating ring carry the packaging material to wrap the coils by going through the coil eye;
- Material roll located at side of the wrapping station, suitable to use large film rolls;
- Applicable to different packaging materials including stretch wrap, composite paper, coated PE film….;
- Speed regulated by frequency converters for making the consisted wrapping package.
