Cable coil wrapping machine
The cable coil wrapping machine has three different structures, including the vertical structure, semi-automatic structure and fully automatic structure. The machines are suitable for wrapping both small and large cable coils, reels, rolls and bobbin. Different models are designed to meet with customer needs and packaging requirement. Reinforced wrapping gives the cable products more protection to against dust, vapor and abrasion. Neat exterior is good to display on the shelves.
BH-CSC-200V
- Programmable PLC with automatic control system enhance the performance;
- Vertical structure with 800mm working height, comfortable for operator to do the work;
- Multiple protective rollers ensure the safety of operation;
- Optional to have top pressing mechanism keeping the light coils stationary;
- Rotating ring carry the packaging material to wrap the coils by going through the coil eye;
- Material roll located on the rotating ring, suitable for small rolls;
- Applicable to different packaging materials including stretch wrap, composite paper, coated PE film….;
- Mainboard of the wrapping station adjustable to package different coils with variant sizes.

- Optional to have top pressing mechanism keeping the light coils stationary;
- Rotating ring carry the packaging material to wrap the coils by going through the coil eye;
- Material roll located at side of the wrapping station, suitable to use large film rolls;
- Applicable to different packaging materials including stretch wrap, composite paper, coated PE film….;
- Safety guard built on the wrapping station to cover all the moving parts.
