Automatic orbital wrapping machine
The orbital wrapping machine is also known as the horizontal spiral wrapping machine. It’s the cold packaging equipment which using material like stretch film, composite paper, PP belt as the packaging material for wrapping long shape products/objects. The automatic orbital wrapper applys to places where unmanned operation is required. The machine has programmable PLC to control each motion of the machine to finish a series of actions, making nicely wrapped products on the conveyor waiting for discharging.
For different products, it’s optional to choose different conveyors. For example, belt conveyors are commonly used for panels and cartons while roller conveyors are good for copper tubes/pipes, aluminum profiles and steel rods/ steel bars.
