How to Wrap furniture Bundles?

Modern furniture is usually produced and installed in modular form. In order to facilitate installation by workers and to protect the appearance of high-quality panels, manufacturers usually pack the panels into piles according to the serial numbers of the modules after cutting and edge banding the panels in the workshop. This type of panel bundling needs to improve efficiency while ensuring complete packaging of the panels and not damaging the surface of the panels themselves. Furniture packaging can be divided into three types according to the packaging material.

Corrugated paper packaging:
At present, domestic furniture products generally use corrugated paper as packaging material. The structure of corrugated paper is shown in the figure below. It has the characteristics of light weight, low price and simple production process. It is precisely because of these characteristics that corrugated paper is widely used as packaging material by furniture companies. There are many types of corrugated paper, which can generally be selected according to specific needs.
Corrugated packaging can be divided into two types: corrugated cardboard and corrugated box. The corner compressive strength of corrugated box is higher than that of corrugated cardboard, and the flexibility of corrugated cardboard is better than that of corrugated box packaging. Corrugated boxes are usually used for regular furniture products, while corrugated cardboard is used for irregular, scattered or oversized furniture parts.

Honeycomb carton packaging:
Honeycomb cardboard is a new type of green packaging material that is energy-saving, environmentally friendly and low-cost. It uses recycled paper as raw material, applies modern bionics principles, uses special equipment to make honeycomb mesh core material, and pastes facial paper on both sides. It is a new type of paperboard that can replace wood and foam plastic.
Compared with corrugated paper, honeycomb paper, as a new type of packaging material, is light in weight and has a smooth surface. It can save wood resources and protect furniture products.

PE film packaging:
PE stretch film is an industrial film product with high tensile strength, high elongation, good self-adhesion and high transparency. It can be used for both manual wrapping film and mechanical wrapping film, and is widely used in the centralized packaging of various goods.
PE wrapping film is mainly made of a mixture of several different grades of polyolefin resins. It has puncture resistance, super strength and extremely strong waterproof effect, and is widely used in the inner packaging of furniture products. Recently, a new PE film packaging technology has also been introduced from other industrial product packaging fields to the outer packaging of furniture. The outer packaging mainly uses “PE heat shrink film” that shrinks when exposed to heat. The packaging of PE heat shrink film uses special packaging equipment, which uses a working system that combines machinery, electricity and gas. As shown in the figure, after the product is placed on the horizontal conveyor line of the shrink packaging machine, a series of processes such as feeding, PE film packaging, sealing, slitting, PE film shrinking, and cooling can be automatically completed.
