How does the High speed shrinkwrap Machine make a difference?
The fully automatic high-speed shrinkwrap machine utilizes a servo drive system, CNC positioning, signal detection mechanism, programmable central controller (PLC), and human-machine interface parameter adjustment. It can automatically package bulk or small-packaged products into corrugated cartons. The machine wraps the film around the bottle bundle, creating an overlap at the bottom. The overlapping films adhere to each other as they pass through a heat-shrink tunnel. Compared to traditional shrink wrapping machines, this new packaging method is faster, produces a more aesthetically pleasing result (no sealing lines), and reduces the workload for operators. It completely replaces the tedious processes of manual pallet forming, manual packaging, and sealing. The formed pallets are more robust, and the packaging effect is more attractive.
